Who else is excited for the Rio 2016 Summer Olympics! Well, I am definantly going to be watching volleyball 🙂 I am going to be rooting for the USA men and women’s volleyball teams as well as the beach volleyball teams! I wonder who is going to bring home the gold this year? Do you have a team you are rooting for or a prediction for the winning team? If so, leave a comment down below 😉 I’m also looking forward to watching gymnastics, swimming, athletics ( A.K.A running or track), and diving! What Olympic event are you looking forward to watching this summer? Leave a comment down below because I would love to know?
I’ve always wanted to go to the Olympics! When I did gymnastics, I wanted to be an Olympic gymnast, but now that I play volleyball, I want to play on the olympic volleyball team. I play on a court, but maybe In could try beach volleyball instead! I want to know, do you play a sport? If so, would you ever want to play for an Olympic team one day? Tell me in the comments below!
So, have you ever watched the Olympics before? In my opinion, I think it is so cool to watch and I believe it would be such an amazing thing to experience in real life! I bet it would be a lot of pressure to do something you love while representing your country at the same time! I feel like it would be nerve-racking to know that millions of people are watching you, but I feel like under all of those nerves, you can preform at your best! What is your opinion on nerves in the Olympics? Leave your answer down below!
Let’s talk about failure. What if you pursued your dream and became an Olympian? Trained and trained for years, hours of practice each day, made the team and feel that you preformed greatly in the games, to find out that you didn’t get the gold and didn’t meet your goal. Would you feel sad or mad, or would you feel accomplished knowing that you made it to the Olympics! Personally, I would be a little disappointed that I didn’t come in first, but I would be super happy that I got this opportunity to represent my country by doing something I love! How would you feel in this scenario? I would love to know, so leave a reply down below! Dang, I’m good at rhyming!><
Who is your favorite Olympian? My personal favorite is Gabby Douglass! Yes,yes I know kind of cliche, but come on, Gabby is amazing! She is such a great gymnast and has inspired so many people, including me, to pursue their dreams and become whatever they feel. So I would like to know, who is your favorite Olympian and why and who inspires you and why?
